Daily Obsession:

These Daily Obsessions can serve as a mantra for the day. They can replace our habitual worrying and criticizing. For English, scroll down.

Nederlands:

Alles is continu in verandering.

Vandaag, neem de ups and downs gewoon waar. Jouw emoties, jouw energiepeil.

Golden Eagle Feather

Engels:

“Fertile and infertile, green and withered. They are opposite poles – but necessary.” – The Grandmothers via Sharon McErlane in “A Call to Power”, around p. 120

Everything is changing all the time. In nature, these changes always move from fertile to infertile, from warm to cold, from light to dark, from activity to inactivity and back again. Activity carries the seed of rest, and rest carries the seed of activity. Happiness carries the seed of sadness, and sadness carries the seed of happiness.

Today, just notice the ups and downs of your day. Your emotions, your energy level. Think of how these opposite poles have manifested in your life in the past – where did the one carry the seed of the other?

Be well,

Golden Eagle Feather
