Daily Obsession: Forward!

These Daily Obsessions are like a vitamin for the soul. Take one as needed for obsessive worrying and criticizing. The Grandmothers are but one face of the Divine; substitute another if you prefer.

Nederlands:

Vooruit, altijd vooruit. … Alles is nieuw, nu. Nieuw. …

Vooruit!

Liefs,

Golden Eagle Feather

English:

Forward, always forward. … You are going where you have never been before. We cannot describe how this is, they grinned, because there is nothing to compare it to. … Enjoy the trip, do not go back to hang on to things. Everything is new, now. New. … History, they remarked, whether it is personal or cultural, is nothing more than stories. Stories, they repeated, that is all. But you are here. Come with us. Come with us and go forward. – The Grandmothers via Sharon McErlane in Our Love is Our Power, around p. 320

I have little to add to this, besides “read this whole passage in the book!” Onward and forward…

Love,

Golden Eagle Feather
